CNC Milling
CNC milling is a machining process which employs computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to progressively remove material from the workpiece and produce a custom-designed part or product. This process is suitable for machining a wide range of materials, such as metal, plastic, glass, and wood, and producing a variety of custom-designed parts and products.
Our facility uses manual milling machines, 3-axis CNC machines, 4-axis CNC machines, 5-axis CNC machines, and turn-mill (3+2Axis). This gives our facility the flexibility to complete highly complex components. We also have lights out production capabilities, so our team can quickly complete high-volume orders and meet quick turnaround times.
Advantages
1.Ultra-High Precision & Complex Geometry: Multi-axis linkage (e.g., 5-axis machines) enables 3D contours and micron-level tolerances (±0.004mm), ideal for optical molds and smartphone casings.
2.Superior Surface Finish: Mirror-finish systems achieve Ra0.01μm roughness, eliminating post-polishing and minimizing optical distortion.
3.Material Versatility: Compatible with metals (aluminum, titanium), plastics, and composites.
4.Efficient Automation: Tool-changing systems and unmanned operation boost productivity for mass production.
